Shipping Policy


Order Confirmation: Due to Covid-19 shipping and delivery times may be impacted please allow extra time for delivery. Delivery times are 21-45 business days.     
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-
mail. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days),we will process the order and submit the order for shipment. We will reach out to you with tracking information.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process your order, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Free Shipping on all orders, please allow time for shipping. Shipping times are between 21-45 business days plus processing time. In some cases, shipment can take longer to arrive due to busy seasons.

Lost or Damages:
Please be aware we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered in at ordering.           

Orders shipped with delivery confirmation tracking—tracking shows delivery and customer claims item not received:

Trend Apparel Retail Inc does not cover service errors, including loss, theft, or postal/shipping issues. The customer should reach out to the shipping carrier to start an investigation for the package. We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered in at ordering.
