Order Cancellations :
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 5 hours, we will refund the canceled order (minus a 5$ cancellation charge). Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. We do not cancel or issue refunds on orders shipped and in transit.
We understand that you might not love the product you receive. Returns fall under three categories: Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further assistance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any returns concerning product satisfaction, we offer store-credit. This will come in the form of a personalized coupon code equivalent to the purchase value of your returned item(s). We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to not being satisfied from what warehouse location we ship from.
In the event of a sizing issue, we offer either a replacement item shipped to you free of charge once the original has been received OR equivalent store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. On occasions depending on the product we will send a size bigger than ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items must be returned to us within 12 days of receiving items.
